My journey began in the classroom, where I worked as an educator and curriculum designer across diverse, multicultural environments for over a decade. I realized that the primary gap between students wasn’t knowledge, but emotional safety. A child struggling academically was often carrying something heavy at home, and teenagers lashing out were searching for the language to name their feelings. This insight led me to formally study emotional intelligence, relationship dynamics, and human development.
I have since contributed to meaningful education programs with the Himalayan Geographic Research Foundation (HGRF) and developed art-based learning approaches with Aaina India. Today, I work as an Emotional Intelligence and Relationship Coach, alongside my academic consulting practice.

Self-Awareness Precedes Change: You cannot change what you cannot see. Coaching requires the willingness to clearly examine your emotional patterns and automatic responses.
Relationships Are Reflections: The way we relate to others reveals how we relate to ourselves. I help people develop the tools to build healthier connections by looking inward.
Sensitivity and Sensibility Must Coexist: Emotional depth is a strength. My work lives at the intersection where you can feel deeply while thinking clearly, balancing warmth with honesty.
